On Wednesday, 22 December 2010, Brisbane community radio station 4MBS CLASSIC FM in association with the Queensland Music Festival and QPAC, staged what many considered ‘the impossible’: Havergal Brian’s Gothic Symphony. Some 12 years after it was staged in Brisbane, 4MBS Classic FM is proud to bring to you the sole film of a performance of The Gothic in existence in the world.
